We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our Prospection team in Terrassa, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospects to move them through the buying process
  • Re-engage lost customers
  • Conduct research on prospects and customers
  • Identify new business opportunities with Donaldson customers
  • Create qualified sales leads for the Aftermarket Representative Team
  • Plan and schedule prospecting calls to maximize sales impact
  • Provide assistance to e-commerce customers through Click-To-Chat Service
  • Execute commercial and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Engineers to plan on-site visits
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage high volumes of effective phone calls
  • Strong organizational skills to achieve sales objectives
  • Understanding of market requirements and Donaldson solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM, and chat software
  • Native level of Polish and fluent English
