Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our Prospection team in Terrassa, Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, establishing new business relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects to move them through the buying process
  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Aftermarket Representative Team to create qualified sales leads
  • Plan and schedule prospecting calls to maximize sales impact
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Action on commercial and promotional campaigns
  • Support and coordinate actions with the Area Sales Engineers

Requirements

  • Native level of Polish and fluent English
  • Ability to manage high volumes of effective phone calls
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to understand market requirements and Donaldson solutions
  • Agile in Microsoft Office tools, CRM, and chat software
