We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager and Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This is a part-time position based in Mallorca, Spain, with weekly office meetings required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online shop, ensuring it is user-friendly and functional.
- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases.
- Update and maintain product listings on the online shop platform.
- Social Media Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing content, including product images, graphics, and short videos for social media.
- Assist in developing and executing engaging social media content to promote our brand and products.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in e-commerce management and social media for a fashion brand is preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools and basic photo editing.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to curate content accordingly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
