Key Responsibilities- Content Publishing and Enhancement: Apply your expert knowledge of the Italian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Escalation Management: Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Media Asset Creation and Fixing: Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to Amazon's standards.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. As a member of this team, you will contribute to delivering a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
Requirements- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the post-house/studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
