Key responsibilities include:
- Applying knowledge of Italian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Managing escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Creating or fixing media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
About the team:
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
We strive to ensure that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
As a member of this team, you will contribute to our mission to be the premier source of global entertainment.
Basic qualifications include:
- Fluency in Italian language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
