Language Content Specialist, French, Prime Video Global Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, using expert knowledge in French language.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of French language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
About the Team
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect free and results in a high engagement experience for Customers.
Therefore, the DigiFlex Operations organization plays an essential role at Prime Video, ensuring that the content that powers our vision to be the premier source of global entertainment, is complete and correct.
Requirements
- Fluency in French language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
