About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our team at Prime Video Global Operations. As a Language Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your expertise in Dutch language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
  • Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
  • Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
About the Team

Our team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
  • Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
  • Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
