About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and accuracy of Italian-language content on Amazon Prime Video. You will work closely with our team to apply your expertise in Italian language to improve processes, create high-quality media assets, and manage escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of Italian language to execute standard projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes.
  • Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
  • Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
About the Team

Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly. We are responsible for ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
