Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing team in the Netherlands by offering our HR software solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach potential customers by phone and follow up on leads
  • Translate the needs of potential customers into Sales Qualified Leads
  • Schedule appointments for Account Managers
  • Ensure a smooth transfer of files to colleagues using Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B telemarketing and solution selling
  • Fluent Dutch and good level of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
