Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and annually review long-term pricing guidelines aligned with Brand Strategies for Global use.
- Support the development and improvement of promotional guidelines as part of the pricing strategies through necessary analysis, insights, and collaboration with BHs, markets, and RGM teams.
- Work closely with regional RGM teams to ensure short-term recommendations to the markets are aligned with long-term brand objectives.
- Develop proposals for long-term pricing strategies for innovation products to ensure alignment with global pricing strategies.
- Get involved in the development and implementation of pricing trackers as needed and work with Brand House Finance teams to help manage allocations and maximize profitability.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in pricing or revenue management. Your excellent analytical and organizational skills will enable you to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years' experience in Pricing or Revenue Management, or commercial finance, marketing finance, or marketing insights.
- Strong language skills, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in written and spoken English.
- Awareness of AI and ability to use for predictive analysis.
As a Pricing Strategy Developer for Global Spirits, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also be entitled to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
