Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is a key role in our marketing team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in promoting the hotel as the market leader through various marketing activities.

This position involves creating and implementing all marketing activities, including collateral, promotions, packages, advertising, market analysis, and photo shootings. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing company marketing guidelines
  • Maintain guest databases for mailings and collaborate with the F&B department to promote outlets
  • Create office presentations, coordinate giveaways, and manage picture storage and distribution systems
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to stay up-to-date on hotel developments and activities
Requirements:
  • EU Citizenship and relevant studies
  • Fluent English and good level of Spanish
  • 1-2 years of experience in the marketing department of a hotel or resort
  • Strong level in Microsoft Office programs and computer savvy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and autonomously
