About us...Mondrian and Hyde Ibiza are two of the most vibrant and luxurious hotels on the island, offering unique experiences that blend chic sophistication with the lively spirit of Ibiza. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Media Advisor to join our team and help us build and nurture our online and offline communities.How your day looks like?*First of all, we would like to explain that our hotels are only open in summer, so it is a seasonal job, not annual; you would work about 7/8 months a year.Develop and Implement Community Engagement Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive plan to engage with our guests and followers across various platforms, including social media, forums, and in-person events.Content Creation: Produce engaging and shareable content for our blog, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect the unique energy and culture of Mondrian and Hyde Ibiza.Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive community.Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from guests and online communities to provide insights and recommendations to management.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and guest services teams to ensure consistent and accurate brand representation.Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights to improve strategies and campaigns.Qualifications we seek for the position...Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field, ideally in the hospitality industrySkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity in content creation, and strong organizational abilities.Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.What's In It For You...A competitive package and plenty of opportunity for development.Type of contract: Fijo discontinuoThe opportunity to be part of the Sales Marketing function for an exciting hospitality concept that is new to Ibiza (and Spain).Join an innovative, fast-growing, international group that’s committed to not just building new hotels but building a global brand.The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.Become part of a team that’s very passionate about creating great hospitality experiences and building a portfolio of brands.Goes without saying, but we’ll feed you when on shift.Great discounts across the entire Ennismore family.Lots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.How do I deliver this?-Tell it like it is- Authentic, honest, you mean it, sincere, true.-Have fun and make friends - fun, energetic, whimsical, upbeat, “wink", casual.-I've got your back- Accountable, responsible, makes up for own promises, knows howto take ownership, follows - thru, dependable.-Play to win - Original, cutting edge, new, "outside the box”; open to new possibilities,different.- Right here, right now - Attentive, detail-oriented, always focused, always in the moment, precise, owns the guest.
