About the Role

As a SAP French Consultant at Alight Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our outsourced clients in Spain and Portugal. Your mission will be to deliver high-quality configuration and consulting services for SAP HCM, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver configuration and consulting services for SAP HCM, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Provide application support and consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities.
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP notes and customer messages to ensure efficient support and corrections.
  • Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on technical implementation.
  • Generate error-free implementations and customizing, respecting Alight best practices.
  • Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
  • Provide documentation on issues handled and manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance.
  • French PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
