About the Role

As a SAP French Consultant at Alight Solutions, you will be an integral part of our Application Services team, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality payroll services and application support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver configuration and consulting services for payroll solutions (SAP HCM)
  • Provide application support and consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP notes and applications
  • Manage customer messages and reported incidents, performing functional analysis and guidance
  • Generate error-free implementations and customizing, adhering to Alight best practices
  • Operate system tests to ensure applications meet specifications
  • Provide documentation on issues handled
  • Manage personal priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing Team Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
  • French PY/PA/OM knowledge desired
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information
