**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PY French Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) team, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services for our outsourced clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services (SAP HCM) to our clients
  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications
  • Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement them
  • Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices
  • Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications
  • Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regularly reporting on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
  • French PY/PA/OM knowledge desired
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information
