Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP French Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting services for our outsourced clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM application maintenance, including configuration, consulting, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP notes and customer messages to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on technical implementation.
  • Generate high-quality, error-free implementations and customizing, adhering to Alight best practices.
  • Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
  • Provide detailed documentation on issues handled, including technical and functional aspects.
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring timely completion and regular reporting to the AMO Team Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance.
  • French PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality of information.
