Our Team
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Rooftop Manager at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of our rooftop bar, Tope. You'll work closely with our Director of F&B to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the total operations and commercial success of Tope, our rooftop bar.
- Run a fun, slick, and fast-paced rooftop bar operation, with full responsibility for the venue.
- Coordinate and manage the inside and outside areas to comfortably run 300+ covers per day.
- Positively lead and develop your team of 15+, always encouraging the Hoxton family vibe.
- Own the venue as if it were your own; you're in full control of daily revenues and costs.
- Be responsible for the planning of your team, in line with business demand.
- Be creative, share ideas, develop, and implement our rooftop bar strategy.
- Innovate our rooftop concept and be ahead of the rest with our evolving mindset.
- Work closely together with our Brand Manager on many cool activations.
- Drive service standards through your team – to achieve the best for our guests.

Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar operations role, with a keen eye for detail and good understanding of managing a team.
