We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooftop Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our rooftop bar, Tope.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of Tope, ensuring a high level of service and quality standards are maintained.
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior management role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
