Rooftop Operations Manager

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Rooftop Manager to lead our rooftop bar, TOPE, at The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations and commercial success of TOPE, including revenue growth, cost control, and team performance.
- Lead a team of 15+ staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the rooftop bar experience, including menu development, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create engaging activations and events that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
