The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. We're not just about offering a bed for the night, but a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Rooftop Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our Tope team, you'll be responsible for managing the total operations and commercial success of our rooftop bar.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the rooftop bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our Brand Manager to create and execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Be responsible for the planning and execution of daily events and activations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with our Director of F&B to drive service standards and achieve business objectives.
