Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rooftop Manager to join our team at Tope. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our rooftop bar, including managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of Tope, including staff management, event coordination, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Director of F&B to ensure alignment with the hotel's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our operations and services.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
