Rooftop Operations Manager

We're a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighborhood that we love. Our goal is to provide a place where guests can hang out alongside locals and immerse themselves in the neighborhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled Rooftop Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our Tope team, you'll be responsible for managing the total operations and commercial success of our rooftop bar.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the rooftop bar, including coordinating and managing the inside and outside areas to comfortably run 300+ covers per day.
- Lead and develop a team of 15+, encouraging the Hoxton family vibe and driving service standards through your team to achieve the best for our guests.
- Be responsible for the planning of your team, in line with business demand, and innovate our rooftop concept to stay ahead of the rest.
- Work closely with our Brand Manager on activations and drive revenue growth through effective cost management.
- A passionate hospitality professional with at least 3 years' experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar operations role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages highly valued.
- A track record of leading large teams and inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
