About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooftop Operations Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our rooftop bar, TOPE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the total operations and commercial success of TOPE rooftop bar
- Run a fun, slick and fast-paced rooftop bar operation, with full responsibility for the venue
- Coordinate and manage the inside and outside areas to comfortably run 300+ covers per day
- Positively lead and develop your team of 15+, always encouraging a positive and inclusive work environment
- Own the venue as if it were your own; you're in full control of daily revenues and costs
- Be responsible for the planning of your team, in line with business demand
- Be creative, share ideas, develop and implement our rooftop bar strategy
- Innovate our rooftop concept and be ahead of the rest with our evolving mindset
- Work closely together with our Brand Manager on many cool activations
- Drive service standards through your team – to achieve the best for our guests
What We're Looking For
- Individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail
- Leaders who can positively impact the people they interact with and leave a memorable experience
- Team players who are not precious and are willing to help get things done
- People who are up for trying new things and are not afraid of a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages will be highly valuable
- A track record of leading large teams in restaurants and bars; you're a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey
