Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently diagnose and repair power generation systems to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being proactive, courteous, and professional in all interactions.

Requirements
  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach with strong diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of power generation systems and adherence to safety standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Apprentice certified power generation/mechanical technician or equivalent experience.
  • Locally valid driving permit and medium English level.
  • Medium level field service work experience with a focus on industrial field, generating sets, and diesel mechanics.
