This role is a vital part of our customer-centric approach, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. As the Sales Operations and Customer Service Manager, you will oversee two core activities: handling homeowner inquiries and managing dealer inquiries related to the (pre-)order to cash flow process.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Coordinate and develop teams to optimize customer service, performance, and customer-centric working environment.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound homeowner and dealer inquiries, ensuring consistent, high-quality support aligned with company goals.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Deliver insights from customer feedback to inform decision-making and ensure continuous improvement.
