Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Monitoring and Auditing
  • Track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Leadership and People Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Compliance
  • Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or risks, and take corrective action to prevent incidents.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the animal nutrition industry.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
