About the Role

Nutreco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive quality, efficiency, and innovation in our animal nutrition business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
    • Coordinate decision-making meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Auditing
    • Track and report on project progress, including incidents and risks.
    • Monitor and control project budget, scope, and schedule.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Leadership and People Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.
    • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks associated with project activities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Experience working on process standardization and improvement projects.
    • Strong numerical capability and analytical skills.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
