Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and elevate the RavenPack and Bigdata.com presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop high-impact social media strategies, oversee campaign execution, manage a team of social media specialists, and collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, grow audience reach, and boost brand awareness.
  • Lead a team of social media specialists to create high-quality content, execute campaigns, and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, algorithm changes, and platform features to continuously innovate in social media tactics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced analytics skills, proficiency with social media analytics tools, and experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to stakeholders.
