Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Strategist to support the pitching and delivery of strategic work in key social media areas, including social media content, channel, and community strategy. As a key member of our team, you will lead briefs for creative, insights, and clients, summarizing needs and inspiring strong outputs. Your responsibilities will also include leading and creating social media audits, reports, content plans, social strategies, playbooks, social media training programs, and thought leadership for clients. Additionally, you will assist in research for new business plans and pitches, set and advise on KPIs for campaigns, reports, and strategies, recommend optimizations based on findings and trends, and stay up-to-date with industry standards, community management, and social media through continuous research of trends in social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in social strategy, including content, channel strategy, and community management strategies. You should have a keen passion for understanding audiences, business goals, and social platforms both new and emerging. As a true relationship builder, you should be able to lead research, write and customize a social media strategy, and communicate effectively both visually and spoken. You should also be able to tie social media success to brand business goals and outputs. In-depth knowledge of new and emerging social media platforms, communities, and the digital space is essential, along with working knowledge of social media topics including paid media and influencer marketing.
