Digital Marketing Specialist

At Sd Worx, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing initiatives, you'll contribute significantly to various aspects of our marketing efforts.
Working in a dynamic matrix organizational structure, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional marketing functions, as you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Demand Generation Manager and Content Creation Manager within the team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assist in planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns to promote HR and payroll solutions.
- Work closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across diverse platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment for marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, contributing to lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans and strategies to meet overall company objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
- Collaborate with the local marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital and demand generation marketing strategy.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize digital marketing campaigns for conversion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing digital assets.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Versatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing.
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Pardot and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is advantageous.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of international marketing trends and cultural nuances is desirable.
