Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Timepiece Sales Specialist to join our team at TAG Heuer. As a member of our LVMH Watches & Jewellery division, you will have the opportunity to work with iconic luxury timepieces and play a key role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on individual KPIs and delivering memorable experiences and services in store.
  2. Support colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
  3. Have omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience, considering all possible clients' touchpoints.
  4. Propose new ideas to develop sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of luxury retail environment (minimum 2-year experience).
  • Knowledge or passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies, and sports.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a third language a plus.
  • Selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, and sales closing.
  • Understanding of sales KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, and mix of sales.
  • Knowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIs, digital tools, and Brand DNA, history, and collections.
  • Knowledge of Front and Back tools and Retail Procedures.
