Als Business Development Representative (BDR) bij Anteriad werk je in een dynamische en creatieve omgeving waar je kunt groeien. Onze focus ligt op de IT-industrie, waarbij we werken met getalenteerde en ambitieuze mensen uit 40 landen.
Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden- Bel Nederlandse en Vlaamse bedrijven om met de IT-manager te spreken.
- Verzamelen van informatie door de juiste vragen te stellen over relevante IT-gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Genereren van een "lead" door een meeting tussen de IT-manager en de salesmedewerker van onze cliënt op te zetten.
We bieden een uitstekend onboardingproces en zorgen ervoor dat iedereen bij Anteriad kan groeien. We leggen momenteel de basis om Anteriad naar het volgende niveau te tillen.
Je zal werken in een Remote Program*, waarbij je vanuit Spanje kunt werken, inclusief Galicië, Andalusië of Valencia. Je zal de eerste week naar Madrid komen, waarbij wij vervoer en accommodatie betalen.

- Maandelijks salaris (ongeveer 1680€/maand) + Onbeperkt commissiesysteem.
- Woonachtig in Madrid: Sommige dagen thuiswerken onder bedrijfsvoorwaarden.
- Woonachtig buiten Madrid: kantoor aan huis, MAAR: eerste introductieweek + 1 werkweek per kwartaal in het kantoor in Las Rozas de Madrid (op kosten van het bedrijf).

- Ervaring in verkoop en/of telemarketing is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- Doelgerichte mentaliteit en initiatief.
De woonplaats moet zich op Spaans grondgebied bevinden (inclusief de eilanden en Ceuta en Melilla). Je moet legaal en voltijd in Spanje kunnen werken.
