Job Description

This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to various aspects of marketing initiatives in the HR and payroll industry. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will operate within a dynamic matrix organizational structure in an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional marketing functions, playing a crucial role in supporting the Demand Generation Manager and Content Creation Manager within the team. Key accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns;
  • Assisting in planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns to promote HR and payroll solutions;
  • Working closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across diverse platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral;
  • Maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice;
  • Planning and executing industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences;
  • Coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Assisting in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment for marketing activities;
  • Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs;
  • Providing insights to inform strategic marketing decisions;
  • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives;
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Utilizing data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Assisting in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, contributing to lead generation and nurturing efforts;
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of marketing plans and strategies to meet overall company objectives;
  • Fostering positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across departments;
  • Collaborating with local marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital and demand generation marketing strategy;
  • Implementing A/B testing to optimize digital marketing campaigns for conversion;
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices;
  • Collaborating with design teams to create visually appealing digital assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. You should possess versatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure.

A strong project management background with the ability to multitask is essential, as well as an analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Pardot and Salesforce is also required. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is advantageous, and creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are all valuable assets.

Benefits

As a valued member of the SD Worx team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Other benefits include medical insurance fully paid by SD Worx for you and 2 dependents (upgrades available), flexible pay package, allowances for transport, internet, and mobile, and a dynamic work environment that offers flexible working hours and working from home arrangements.
