Job Title: Merchandising Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at Killstar. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Merchandising Team in managing product data, inventory, and shipments. You will work closely with the Product Team to ensure accurate and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating product entries on Shopify and WMS systems
- Process inbound stock shipments and update internal systems
- Prepare customs documents and liaise with freight forwarders
- Clear and allocate products for wholesale availability
- Manage product launch schedules and propose adjustments as needed

Requirements:

- Fashion degree or similar experience
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Project and process management experience
- Passion for data integrity

- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
