Job Title: Merchandising Manager Women Universe

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Manager to join our team in Women Universe. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies across the MED region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to achieve sales and sell-through objectives for the business at country level.
  • Propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the business.
  • Act as a coordinator between Store Managers, Country Management, and the LV Paris Department.
  • Formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business.
  • Organize and manage adequate buying, transfer, and reorder policy.
  • Develop knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information and comments to Zone LV Team on sales, products, prices, consumer behavior, customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Organize and conduct product training and find new initiatives to animate the store community.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth delivery process.
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising Department to define commercial priorities, ensuring product visibility.
  • Collaborate with the PR Office to give visibility to the products.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in merchandising focused in Women Universe & luxury retail.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate, convince in writing and verbally.
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Open, modern, curious, communicative, action-oriented.
  • Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods.
  • Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish & French are a plus.
