**Global Key Account Development Manager**

About the Opportunity

We seek an experienced International Key Account Manager to lead our global customer strategy and develop strong relationships with key international retail partners and distributors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Grow and maintain international key account relationships.
  2. Create and execute targeted account strategies aligned with business objectives.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing efforts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client experiences.
  5. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in international key account management, preferably within the FMCG industry, along with a history of achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Will to travel internationally as needed.
