About the Role

Puig Deutschland GmbH is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a diverse portfolio of luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. As a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a new cosmetic brand, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting of total demand for all products.
  • Coordinate launches and promotional items global forecasting, and lead regular goods sales forecasting.
  • Detect main deviations in sales forecast vs budget and highlight risk and opportunities.
  • Provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning, providing data on service level, forecast accuracy, sales forecast vs budget, and stock management data.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas.
  • Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued.
  • Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar; Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required.
  • High analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication skills.
  • High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software; SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tool is mandatory.
