Global Demand Planning Manager

As a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Global Sales and Operations Planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and optimized inventory levels.
- Lead the coordination of launches and promotional items global forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strategic inputs to the company's Sales and Operations Planning process, driving business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning, to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local demand planning teams, ensuring effective communication and feedback.
- Drive business results through data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with a strong background in the cosmetic industry.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, administration, or supply chain management.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Highly analytical and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP/JDA planning tools.
