Puig Deutschland GmbH is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a portfolio of renowned luxury brands across various sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and optimized inventory levels.
- Consolidate and challenge forecasts from all markets to detect risks and opportunities, ensuring consistency between demand plans and business figures.
- Provide inputs to the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning to discuss service level, forecast accuracy, sales forecast vs budget, and stock management data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Demand Planning teams to ensure effective communication and feedback.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas.
- Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued.
- Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar; Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- High analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication skills.
- High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software.
- SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tool is mandatory.
