EMEA Pricing Business Analyst Graduate

Boston Scientific is a global leader in medical technology, and we're seeking a talented EMEA Pricing Business Analyst Graduate to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value software product features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Pricing Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet business requirements.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
  • Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
  • Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end-to-end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.
  • Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support the user adoption.
  • Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within a structured environment would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
