As a Pricing Business Analyst Graduate at Boston Scientific Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence. This team is responsible for creating and maintaining EMEA Pricing Policy, building processes and solutions to support its execution, and monitoring divisional pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value software product features.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
- Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end-to-end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.
- Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support user adoption.
- Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within a structured environment would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
