Job Title: EMEA Pricing Business Analyst Graduate

At Boston Scientific, we're committed to making a difference in people's lives through our innovative solutions. As an EMEA Pricing Business Analyst Graduate, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our pricing strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for pricing software products.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions meet business needs.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
  • Ensure business requirements align with EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
  • Participate in system demos, show-tell sessions, end-to-end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.
  • Develop training materials and content, and conduct user training sessions and support user adoption.
  • Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within a structured environment would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Work Environment:

This role requires a high level of collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders. The Business Analyst will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift rapidly to meet business needs.
