Purpose and Passion

We're seeking a talented EMEA Pricing Business Analyst Graduate to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our Pricing software product team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value software product features.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions to gather and document business requirements.
  • Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
  • Participate in system demos, show-tell sessions, end-to-end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within a structured environment would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Work Environment: This role requires a high level of collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift rapidly to meet business needs.
