Job Title: E-Commerce Head of Paid

Best Recruitment Eu is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Head of Paid to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's core marketing strategy, driving growth, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue and profit growth across all digital channels.
  • Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Set clear performance-oriented objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing strategies, and have full accountability for campaign results.
  • Manage customer segmentation strategy, develop smart attribution modeling, and ensure effective reach and engagement with the right audience.
  • Drive the digital marketing positioning (localization, SEO, SEM, digital campaigns) for all websites, ensuring a strong online presence.
  • Lead a growth team of 3, evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team, while building a high-performing marketing department.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in high-growth companies, with a focus on online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Self-starter, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to define goals and prioritize work.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a creative and hands-on approach to marketing.
  • ROI-driven approach to marketing, with a strong attention to detail.
