About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and field marketing teams to prioritize accounts and develop targeted ABM campaigns.
  • Focus on revenue impact and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with our analytics team to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of experts in demand generation and performance marketing.
  • Pursue expansion opportunities in key markets and lead relationships with external agencies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading demand generation in a B2B technology environment.
  • Expertise in ABM strategy and execution.
  • Strong technical skills, including CRM systems and analytical platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in making strategic decisions.
  • Leadership experience in building and leading marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
