Job Title: E-Commerce Product Marketing Specialist

At Mindful Souls, we're on a mission to make mindfulness accessible to everyone. As a leading online store for crystals and personal growth, we're looking for a talented E-Commerce Product Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our single items category in our online shop. You'll use your expertise in paid ads, website exposure, and collaboration with our product development and growth teams to ensure our products meet sales expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive sales of single items and meet company objectives.
  • Review and optimize advertising campaigns, working closely with our Growth Director to improve customer acquisition and conversion levels.
  • Collaborate with our Product Development Manager to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Implement other marketing activities to boost revenue and improve Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Oversee the high-quality presentation of products in our Shopify store.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products, focusing on items with high sales potential.
  • Optimize the sales funnel by experimenting with new angles to identify cross-sells and up-sells opportunities.
Requirements
  • Business experience in running successful Meta ads campaigns, preferably for consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices for customer attraction, with a focus on performance metrics like ROI, AOV, etc.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goals-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Documented experience in e-commerce brand roles related to Product Management or Category Management.
  • Good understanding of modern marketing principles, including SEO and Email Marketing.
