Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our real estate consultancy company, Jones Lang Lasalle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and execute marketing events to promote our clients' properties.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with our clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling commercial pitches and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of clients, industry contacts, and marketing-related information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property marketing or related roles in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling commercial pitches and marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to successfully plan and execute marketing events.
