Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire work-streams, providing product direction through goal-setting and planning.
  • Lead within the design team and among cross-functional peers, tackling systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints.
  • Launch well-defined and well-executed products, solving complex Product Design problems that few others can.
  • Connect related projects across the company to resolve issues or joint decisions quickly, influencing and strengthening team culture.
What You'll Need:
  • Exceptional design skills, with a track record of improving tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in high-fidelity prototyping and developing new patterns or introducing standards adopted by others in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate the team's product goals, framing discussions to elicit desired feedback.
  • Strong interviewing skills and experience in driving initiatives that strengthen the team.
