- Develop a deep understanding of all product areas, informing design decisions and strategies.
- Investigate and define new problem spaces that impact multiple product groups, proposing solutions that align with business goals.
- Encourage team members to engage more deeply with data, using insights to drive design improvements.
- Partner effectively with product, engineering, and UX leaders to enhance collaboration, drive team efficiency, and improve overall product quality.
- 8+ years of related work experience, ideally in enterprise software, developer tools, or SaaS B2B products.
- Passionate about design systems, focusing on creating scalable solutions rather than one-off designs.
- Experienced in collaborative environments.
- Expertise in iteratively refining designs based on feedback.
- Capable of leading constructive critiques to improve design outcomes.
- Proficient with design tools like Figma.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Bonus points for technical background or experience in data visualization, previous experience designing services and platforms, and understanding of modern software architecture.
