About the RoleThe Childcare and Family Policies Chair at the Institute for Advanced Family Studies (IESF) is seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team. As a research fellow, you will contribute to the development of innovative research projects, collaborating with our team of experts in the field of childcare and family policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead research projects, designing and implementing studies, and analyzing data to inform policy decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, practitioners, and academics.
- Contribute to the development of grant proposals and research funding applications.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement research studies, including data collection and analysis.
- Communicate research findings through publications, presentations, and other dissemination channels.
- PhD in Sociology, Psychology, Social Policy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in family studies and policy research.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- A temporary position (2+2 years) with a full-time contract.
